Principal VCARD VCARD Omar Stevens Principal Mr. Stevens joined Mizzen Capital as a Vice President in 2021. Previously, Mr. Stevens was an Investment Banking Vice President at Teneo where he focused on restructuring and M&A assignments. Prior to Teneo, Mr. Stevens worked at FTI consulting in the corporate restructuring practice. Mr. Stevens also worked for the CalPERS private equity team where he focused on direct co-investments and primary partnerships. Managing Director VCARD VCARD Annie Li Managing Director Ms. Li is a founder and Managing Director at Mizzen Capital. Prior to launching Mizzen Capital, Ms. Li worked with Ms. Adler at Medley SBIC for 6 years responsible for managing various aspects of Medley SBIC Fund, including deal screening, asset management, and reporting to the SBA. Prior to that, she worked with Ms. Adler at Sunrise Equity Partners, a private equity SBIC fund, responsible for investment activities and reporting to the limited partners and the SBA. Before her 14 years of SBIC career, Ms. Li worked for 3 years at Rodman & Renshaw, a boutique investment bank in New York. Ms. Li earned an MBA from The Columbia Business School and a BA from China Agricultural University.

CFO VCARD VCARD Darice Bochniak CFO Darice Bochniak is the CFO at Mizzen Capital. Prior to joining Mizzen, she was the Director of Operations and Tax at a leading alternative capital provider in the shipping industry, Northern Shipping Fund Management LLC until the firm was acquired by Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Ms. Bochniak was the Controller and Compliance Manager at FE Clean Energy Group Inc for ten years, where she was responsible for the corporate and fund accounting, budgeting, tax and reporting including investor reporting. Ms. Bochniak was also responsible for implementing and maintaining all accounting and compliance policies along with internal controls & procedures as well as Registered Investment Advisor filings with the SEC. She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and fund accounting. Prior to FE Clean Energy, Ms. Bochniak was the Controller with Weston Capital Management LLC, where she was responsible for the firm’s corporate and fund accounting of Hedge Fund of Funds which had an AUM of over $2.7 billion. She also worked as a Senior Accountant for Oak Investment Partners preparing valuations of partnership investments as well as fund performance analysis. Ms. Bochniak also worked for several public accounting firms including KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. Ms. Bochniak is earning her Master‘s in Taxation (thesis pending) from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
